Fun performance! Mom and I got to see Riders in the Sky in person at the Disneyland Hotel way back when they had just finished a video for one of the Toy Story movies. To Slim was checking the guys out of the hotel where afterwards he took me out to meet the others who were waiting outside. Not to long after that we got to see them in Laughlin. It had been such a short time between the two visits with them that they all still remembered us.

I haven’t seen Riders in the Sky perform, but I did see the Sons of the Pioneers perform at the Texas State Fair in the 1970s.
