      How can solve degrade of poly carbonate in hot runner mould

    • @geoffcrumblin7505
      @geoffcrumblin7505 2 года назад

      @@anandt7725 Correctly sized barrel to avoid long residence time.
      Correct screw rotation speed to avoid over temp material.
      Check that barrel heaters are only operating at 30% duty Cycle.
      Always keep hot runner 3-5 degrees below nozzle temp.
      Run mould at correct temperature. Lower barrel heats during breaks and lunch

      I am not a 100% sure if there is or not. You can look on RUclips to check that or not. Thanks for watching & the support.

    Ive been following you for almost a year and have since become lead technician. I started at an assembly line position and then moved to a "set" tech and than taught myself to processing and became a processing tech. Now im lead processing technician at the molding factory i work for and ive brought several old school tips as well as some of your newer tricks into my plant that are super useful and helped me on my journey to doing the best molding i can.

      That is great to hear from you. I try to make the videos to help others & sometimes I think it is not helping anyone out there. It makes me very discouraged & I want to quit the channel. I don't get paid from RUclips at all. They suck on the guidelines they want you to follow & I am here to train!!!! To hear you say I have helped you makes me feel good inside. Thanks for watching & the support to the channel I greatly appreciate it.
