Some of these people need mental health support- not being arrested 500 times, sent to jail, only to be re-released. The system does not work.
You can’t force someone to get help. The services are there. They just refuse.
@@DarthKater311 Yes, it's voluntary but most don't have the initiative to access it. If they spent some time becoming actually self aware, they could probably improve on their own with a little faith. I remember when I was a freshman when our new English teacher looked at the class and announced "You are the products of your environment". They come into the world system already compromised and it gets messed up from there even more.

🤔that's not what he was arrested for... he was *stopped* for riding with no lights, but arrested for carrying knives..
A common law in most countries, not just over there. It's to protect cyclists and the public equally.
There's always more when it seems so simple. Initially, he's seen as endangering himself and possibly causing an accident. On second look, he's conspicuous in some way and they get into his deal a bit stronger. Some of these folks just need one crash course to learn and not be so unaware again.

It’s based on the charge, but after you get 10 punches on your card, you get the next job with your bail bondsman free AND you get a free T-shirt to wear when you decide to go out and party too much. Like Oscar. 🙄
