    I guess If you don't like John Wick, you could always re-flavor this build as Jason Bourne. They both are badass martial artists, both use improvised weapons when needed, both use guns, both assassins, both have connections they break away from.

    Just an FYI. There is a specialized tailor company in Japan that currently offers suits that are as shown in the John Wick movies. They are rated for handguns and machine pistols. They also sell briefcases that can stop most if not all rifle rounds. The suits cost 1,000,000 when I saw them demonstrated a few years ago. Of all the things that are suspect in this franchise, these suits are legit. Also you misspelled Thieves.

      So now the most unbelievable thing about the suits now is that John can afford one lol

      So someone could actually make a real daredevil suit

      @@63rdLegionGaming while the worth of the currency is up for debate either being worth a lot or used to show respect for the non-hit man that make these he was the greatest assassin so he probably had loads of those coins

      Oh man, there are some Yakuza who are going to be very happy about this.

    It's incredible how convuluted trying to do gunfu in 5e is when that is supposed to be a simple-ish system when in GURPS, one that is notoriously potentially complex, it is simply spending points in the Gun and Karate skills

    • @63rdLegionGaming
      @63rdLegionGaming  Год назад +1

      Yeah I've thought about a lot about gunfu builds, and a good one requires to be level 17 to work, and by that point the build is almost done

      @@63rdLegionGaming well...possibly straight Artificer Armorer, thunder gauntlets for fist punches, repeating hand crossbow...be dex and int build, but takes A LOT of re-flavoring!

    I think you missed John Wicks ability to grapple. He grapples often to get cover.

    It is a rather simple build, but it is very fun to play. I have one that is very similar I just made it a different species

    You should have taken Rogue at first level, then Ranger. 4 skills at level one makes this a lot more efficient

      After this video I started making sure Rogue always goes first

    I would have taken Gloomstalker instead of Hunter. It fits more thematically with someone accustomed to the assassin underworld, and it helps with you Assasin subclass.

    • @63rdLegionGaming
      @63rdLegionGaming  Год назад +2

      If I were to take this as a character myself I would drop Hunter for Gloom Stalker, but I went with Hunter for this because it just I just needed a simple Ranger. But yeah for Power Gloom/Assassin are always my go to

    Ngl John Wick strikes me as a fairly limiting role play character but that plot armor tho...

    • @63rdLegionGaming
      @63rdLegionGaming  Год назад +1

      I agree. Originally when I started I told myself I wouldn't do John Wick but I saw people liked him and decided what the hell. That series is the very definition of plot armor lol Fun action sequence though
