Joe Satriani and Steve Vai will sit and listen to this talent and would probably ask him to go on tour with them. How can people become that hard hearted to walk pass this man pouring his love out to everyone. Your awesome mate. Please keep up the great work. If I was there , I would give you money while I sit and watch you. You deserve millions mate
Well for this video Carlos Santana would be a more apt comparison.
Another amazing interpretation... Carlos would be proud. Love how you make these songs your own, but still respecting the source. Rock on! Chris in Seattle
I know we’re all busy in life but come on people. How can all of you just walk by. He would stop me in my tracks. He’s so, so good. I had to listen to it all, couldn’t just swipe it by, and I’m late for work. What an incredible talent. Carlos, r u listening?
OMG, some people wearing headphones with very often the most terrible music there is. In the mean time someone is playing live next to you... Wake up and throw away your headphones !
We are from a different era, to be sure.
Different culture yes ,headphones , iPhones eyes downward or Straightaheadsoldier .SAD
Different taste(s). Places to be.
Not just playing, throwing down!!
Yes Carlos himself would be proud 👍🤝♥️😎🤩
Always goosepumps from your music love it 😁👍
What a one man Concert wish you a long beautiful life ✌️
Thank you 🙌
Ditto
Thanks for answering the obvious questions !
You know what's great about people asking questions ?
It shows they care, are greatful for your amazing work and wish you the very best
Absolutely incredible, some of the best guitar playing ever. So relaxing hearing that, mesmerizing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Horatio Santana!
That couple were very intentional! Finally someone who appreciates the street performer :)
Wow, I don't think I want to go to a town where people won't stop for a few seconds to reload the soul and tip this man, I am an old 56 year old punk rocker at heart this is not really my thing but but good playing is good playing and there is the human decency thing
Sad.
I agree 👍 💯 sad
56 year old (cover band) classic rock and metal drummer/singer here.
I agree with the state of mankind these days, it is sad indeed.
I got into Steely Dan in my 30's and still love their stuff.
The older I get, the more I gravitate towards this type music, although I'll never betray my beloved Zeppelin.
It would be fascinating to see him travel to different cities and see if there's a difference in how people respond. Sadly, here in Seattle, I think the response would be much the same now. Back in the day, people probably would have been a little more receptive, but it's become very corporate, homogeneous and self-centered. Everyone's in a hurry and too concerned with chasing the Big Tech paycheck.
Wish you were in Liverpool, you would make a fortune! I would come and listen every day!
Just listened to this again, must be the 10th time at least. This latin/Santanaesque music is sooo cool,I just cant believe those people who just pass by,dont even look at you,let alone tip you. Ignorant t###s ! But us out here in utube land really dig your work. Hope you keeping well.
Busking is still banned and I had a serious brain aneurysm early April. Still recovering. Please support!

@@LastbutNotFirst you need music? For what? He won’t find me on Seymour because I don’t play there. This is Cordova.
Upon a matrix of synthesized robotic beings a reflection is cast. It is a flesh and bones anomaly that emits smooth and slick musical tracks. Brilliant and natural the tones permeate beyond all boundaries. They reach and quench the barren landscape but the beings cannot give love.
You are amazing such talent!!!!!!!!!!! Please never stop
My friend as a long time musician i have to say your improv is on spot...for 13 min you've managed to express the solo in an intriguing conversation with your crowd.... From single note melodies to chord stabs..triad motif and tremolo picking....but u make that magic happen brother ...great job
Excellent..play me a memory mr music man please...
We have similar talented street musicians playing on the streets here in east UK towns..I often film them they are so good
This man is so skilled, I think he doesn’t need the tips. He strikes me as a session musician who just loves music so much he simply enjoys sharing in public.
this is my only income. this is my job. never was a session musician. I record my own music.
Naw man...he needs the tips. 🙌💯 Can't believe people don't acknowledge his talent...I'd be late to work.🎸
@@shatnershairpiece You are making me rethink my aversion to loopers and drum tracks! And I am going on 66. Rock on, brother! Subbed!
Wrong!
@@shatnershairpiece Good man , excellent performance,at the best bus stop to be waiting at
Would I ever love to come and sing with such a talented lead....be awesome to feel that again. Great stuff man keep rocking
Hat's off to you my Brother !!🎼🎵🎶
I can't believe noones come by & enjoyed this free gig !!! Outstanding guitar work !! Kinda gotta Gary Moore touch to ut🎼🎶🎵
Simply amazing! This is the kind of music you listen to with headphones and just chill or go to sleep.
When the heat dies down I'm taking the skytrain from Surrey on a hunt for this guy!!! Amazing player. I wanna just relax and enjoy the vibez
good luck. not out there anymore. Two years since I busked. too much stress. Only way I do it now is for a $200 advance tip. then you get an hour of busking with video and a song request included.
I will go with you! This guy is unbelievable! A true talent!
Simply put: Absolute FIRE. Bravo.
Nice jam! And great tap technique. Nice to see multiple people tipping for a change!
Your improvisations are excellent. I have watched almost all your videos, all of them gives a different version, a new but very nice jam version of the original numbers. Keep the good work going Dr. Guiter
that’s the whole point to my musical existence.
That's what I LOVE about robins playing, you can hear the Santana, in this particular song, but all the improv makes it truly Magical . Incredible skill level !! Props to you robin for continuing to expose us to your musical GENIUS!!
@@shatnershairpiece -She 'really' Liked it. Talked her associate into digging up Loonies, as she delved deeply for even more.
Notice how many of those Vancouverites are feverishly tapping on their handhelds, obviously attempting to transfer Cryptocurrency to you, in appreciation..;
On note; That performance was 'clean' indeed.. Woodstock ; }
I wish there was a station on radio that just played his music, it’s just background music without the bs, that’s what’s good about it.keep it up thanks for being on the planet.
Was für ein großartiger Musiker, der sich die Seele aus dem Leib spielt...und die Döschies latschen vorbei...
true
Peter Green will be with you in spirit . . . one of his most masterful songs, and superbly rendered by you . . bravo.
thanks, but this is not a Peter Green song. it’s Latin style, but it is not black magic woman.
the Peter Green of 'Oh Well' fame.... the original Fleetwood Mac? Back in the days when ability and talent took you places!
such talent waisted on the streets , love your guitar work .
Its not wasted at all.. many people all over the world are watching him in these videos, who could have not discovered him otherwise.
Not wasted. Guys like him love to play.My famous buddy Albert Lee.plays in front of audiences all over the world for big bucks.BUT if he is in a small club and has a chance to play guitar for nothing he will.Because its part of him.
It’s only lucky that I decided to record all my shows as a diary. I knew that I would be jamming and I knew that I would want to have some record of it. I’ve been posting these for years and they have been getting no views until a month ago. Again, it’s only luck that one of my other videos went viral (dancing kid) and now people are finally seeing these videos. I’m glad they are, it’s just that while I was playing the songs live, while I was in the moment, I was almost totally ignored and it’s not a good feeling.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful music and your talents. Thanks you be safe
I don’t understand how, not why all these people just walk by him like he’s not even there. I’d be chillin, chain smokin cigarettes and just listening.
From one guitar dude to another, You’re great brother!!
Easy to understand, not that many people care that much. Just another busker.
There must be an awful lot of soulless people in that area. How can they walk by and not stop to listen and watch your amazing playing!
It canada lol
I busk at this spot regular and regularly have crowds. You've just got to hit the right target audience. This is great but quite niche.
Another great busker - great tones, great licks I was so entertained take a bow my friend
I use to buy two of the same album to work up new songs to play live! 25 yrs of doing this and still have them in 25 moving boxes and have always kept them inside in normal temperature to keep from warping! Have this album Santana was my favorite ! Now being 67 and still play live in clubs, I busk on the street and doing more studio work than I can stand!
One of the most common thing, I've heard is the most talented musicians aren't on tour. They're session musicians.
Thank you Micky for the work you do!
I'm in for my now regular daily dose of sanity preserving guitar goodness.
great! let the sonic waves wash over your brain.
This guy is awesome and the people dont seem to appreciate his talent. Wow!
Incredible.
Loved it. Absolutely beautiful.
Absolutely brilliant ! Just giving my two cents worth.
Cheeky, 🤔 still 2c more than a look
I love watching you play . Spellbinding!
I can't believe there isn't more appreciation for his talent. People should be donating to him. What a shame. Good job dude and thanks
Been jamming to your videos every night for the last couple weeks and this is by far my favorite. Will be spending the money to request a song in the future for sure dude. Amazing content!
Awesome! Thank you! And thanks for becoming a member. Appreciate it!
I love answering my coworkers when they ask, "who is this?! He's good!"
Me: "You've never heard of shatnershairpiece?!"
I hope you buy my T-shirt!
in this heart of hearts, doesn't matter what you play. Gads supreme ....
Just realized it was you at the waterfront. Will go watch again.
It amazes me seeing all those people walking by........they don't have a clue !!! Awsome talent!
Nice. You've got a unique channel, great tunes.
