I've been wearing this watch to work, alternating it with my Hydroconquest and seamaster, and it has received the most compliments and recognition from colleagues. They used to always stop, pull my wrist and say something like "woahh/sheesh/omg it's a Tag!" For some reason this Tag has so much brand recognition in the Philippines. My Omega and Longines never received that much compliments aside from my co-watch enthusiasts at work.

It's catchy, sporty, and durable, I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Next watch will prolly be an Omega Seamaster when i can afford it, but I plan on keeping this forever!

You are absolutely right at the beginning of the video, the aquaracer is just a nice watch, doesn't matter what some in the watch collecting community thinks. I own the steel bezel 43mm version. What I found is that with the 'maxi' indices, the 43mm has a bit more dial space, and therefore looks a bit less crowded on the dial.
I have been using a Tag Heuer automatic Aquaracer for over ten years, wears it almost 24/7 (only removes it when in the shower...yes, I wear it while sleeping). I have never had it serviced, because it runs fine. It always tells accurate time, provided it is properly wound. And, it still looks pretty good, considering it has been around my wrist for over a decade.

I just bought this model Aquaracer in blue but a 41mm. If you like and want this particular design, then be quick because TAG has discontinued the 41mm versions! It's a good anytime watch. It fits right in with my other pieces. I don't think less of it than my explorer or planet ocean. Bought it as a daily wearer to not out wear my planet ocean. Liked the watch so much, I wear it as much as my planet ocean. Bought another Tag, the Carrera day date, black. Bought it as a back up to my explorer. Same thing happened. I found I wear it just as much. A good watch for any collection.
I don't know. Everytime I see one of these Aquaracer models at an AD (I've never seen one on a guys wrist in public) I think they are overpriced. I mean for 1,500 bucks ±500 (in Europe) I can get some seriously amazing stuff (personally I would choose a Monta Oceanking).

Boutique is pronounced boo-tique not bo-tique. I'm still recovering from your Oceanographer pronunciation lol!
Stick around, I will continue to destroy the English language.
This or the Christopher ward at a fraction of the price?
I have both and love both. I think that they are very comparable and to be honest, for the money, the CW is a better deal.
First.

Spit it out already.... it a good starter watch.
Hmmmmm, not really my point. But ok
