If either of these components is of poor quality, it can affect the router's performance. These routers are particularly sensitive to the quality of service. But yes at the end of all let me say one thing but if you solve these problems in haste you will make a mistake, slowly identify the network at each step and check the network in detail to reach the real cause or root of the real problem.

First, check if the same problem occurs when you connect your computer to the XPON or GPON or EPON via LAN i.e. direct LAN / Ethernet cable. If in that case you see the same problem then understand that the problem is your XPON or GPON or EPON which may be given to you by your LCO or ISP, in that case your ISP and LCO have to solve your problem. Because this problem is not only because the ONU or XPON device is bad, but sometimes the patch cord of your optical fiber is also bad, if there is any problem with that optical fiber, that thing has to be done by your ISP and/or your LCO. , Now what you can do is if there is a problem from the side of the router, you can solve the problem yourself. One thing you can do is if you see that the router is connected directly to the computer through the LAN cable and runs the Internet, but if the same problem occurs, then you can change the LAN cables once. If you are very confident that the quality of your LAN cable is very good, then there is an option called QoS in the router and check if your download speed is limited from somewhere. you can also fully factory reset in router and then configure it from zero. If this problem is only with your wifi i.e wireless then you can change the wifi channel from router by going to your wifi settings before changing that channel there are many apps available in android play store which you can easily find any wifi channel in your home That is, find the least congested WiFi channel and select that channel on your router. Enable Air Time Fairness and MU-MIMO in your router.
