If your 4-door Samsung flex refrigerator isn’t producing ice, you might want to try reinstalling the ice tray. To do this, place the scoop cover on the front of the ice bucket. Then install the ice buckets by positioning them on the freezer compartment’s top shelf with the rear mark facing the rear of the refrigerator. Add the scoop to the scoop cover for ease of use.
The ice maker will be blocked by the scoop cover If the ice buckets are placed backwards in the freezer compartment, preventing ice production. Turn them around so ice production can resume.
