You need to search that up other youtube channels that has that cpu and plays gta v rp, cause i have no clue how the impact really is on the cpu in that mode in gta v, cause it is most likely even more demanding than gta v online itself . And when you are asking what fps you would get , then you should specify what resolution and settings *low high etc.

It is a known problem that some Radeon card gpu usage stutter from 100 down to 0 you can also see it in this video sometimes, to fix this, turn off v sync, turn off chill in software, download latest drivers

I have 70-90 fps on ryzen 3 1200 and 1050ti. I have 16 GB ram (2x8). if you have 8 GB of RAM, then add another 8, it should get better.

Can anyone tell me why the GPU usage is so jumpy? It goes from like 5% to 99% every few seconds. So I can't tell if its maxing out or not.

You should use the dx12 to get the 100% gpu usage and no stuttering
