애호박 1개(1240원), 다짐육 200g(1600원), 홍고추 1개(240원), 계란 2ea(399원), 소금 1t, 후추 1t
[🔪조리방법(Kor)]
애호박 돼지고기 전
다짐육 200g
소금 1t
후추 1t
조물조물 잘 섞어주세요
홍고추 1개를 잘게 잘라줄게요
애호박을 너무 두껍지 않게 잘라주세요
병뚜껑을 이용해 속을 동그랗게 파내주세요
집에 있는 아무 도구나 사용해도 돼요
다짐육을 채워주세요
밀가루 옷을 입혀줄게요
톡톡 털면서 얇게 묻혀주세요
계란 2개를 풀어주세요
팔 아파도 열심히 풀어줘야 계란물이 잘 묻어요
애호박에 계란물을 묻혀주세요
팬에 기름을 두르고 부쳐주세요
가운데 홍고추를 올리면 더 그럴듯하겠죠?
뒤집어주세요
중약불로 살짝 노릇해질 때까지 구워줄게요
완성! 애호박에 고기 좀 올렸을 뿐인데 진심10배는 더 맛있어요!

[🔪Recipe(Eng)]
Zucchini Pork Pancakes
200g of ground pork
1t of salt
1t of pepper
Mix the ingredients well
Finely chop red chili pepper
Cut the zucchini into thin slices, not too thick
Use a bottle lid to hollow out the insides in a round shape
Feel free to use any tool you have at home
Fill the zucchini with ground pork
Coat them lightly with flour
Shaking off any excess
Beat 2 eggs
Even if your arm hurts, mix the eggs well so they coat the zucchini properly
Dip the zucchini in the egg mixture
Spread oil in a pan and start frying
Adding a red chili pepper in the middle will make it more visually appealing
Flip it over
Cook on medium-low heat until it's slightly golden brown
Done! It's just meat on zucchini, but it's honestly 10 times more delicious!
