The way I interpreted it is, that when you have an idea / dream / goal and haven’t done any leg work on your own in private to achieved said dream and you prematurely announced it to some kind of nay sayer that the dream just like a child in the womb if you bring it out too early you can kill it. Just with some kind of negativity or doubt. That’s how I took it as.
