- No direction with the Vevor 58 gallon diesel transfer tank so I have to go it alone, tighten some loose parts, and fuel my Bobcat E42 excavator and Bobcat T66 track loader. I hope you enjoy the video please checkout my book, "Mind Kill, Rise of The Marauder" at Amazon and Kindle. Be safe
Nice , I picked up there 110 gallon tank couple of years ago.
Also bought a 200 gallon tank Leeag out of TX .. little pricey but a well-made tank!
Boy Marshall...I was wondering if I should've gotten the larger tank...58 gallons may last me the entire summer we'll see. I hope you like the 110 thank you for commenting.
You are not supposed to put sealant on straight pipe fittings with O-Rings. The O-Ring does the sealing and sealant can interfere with the O-Ring seal and make it leak.
Sir you are probably right, I wasn't sure that is why I kept the sealant away from the rings. No leaks as of yet. Thank you I appreciate the help.
@maraudermitchelli could I use gas in that transfer tank? Also if I wanted to keep the tank in back of pickup truck (short bed regular cab) would the battery hook up cables that run pump....are they long enough to reach pickup battery under the hood?
So so so awesome!!! Marauders full steam ahead!! 🔥💪🏾👍🏾😎
007 I really appreciate you comments, thank you!
Great video I’m getting one today. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
I hope you like it be safe.
Nice fuel tank. Interesting video
Thanks LM I like it so far. Be safe
Could add a solar power charger for you battery on your fuel ⛽️ transfer tank also, great video 👍, nice setup and place you have
Thank you Jeff I thought the same thing. Honestly it wasn't bad connecting to the machine batteries. I'm wondering if I should've purchased the larger tank, but I don't use that much fuel. Have a great day be safe.
You will have to move the Transfer Tank in the winter, unless you want to go that far and dig out to get fuel
LOL...agreed Peter. I'm going to top it off and put it in my garage on casters...pretty sweet don't you think. Thank you
@@maraudermitchelli #1 is there enough room in garage? #2 you might what to put an exhaust fan in there because of the diesel fumes
Have smashed two left side tail lights using forks. You're right to be careful.
I know...I think about it until I was unloading. Big thank you for commenting.
They thing that bothers me the most about these units is the filter on its side (horizontal) rather than vertical. Would it still function efficiently?
Excellent point...I think so there is a lot of pressure and flow checkout my recent video on this pump you'll see. Be safe thank you
WOW that's awesome content thanks for your time to do this video big fan of your channel
thank you John I'm glad you liked it. Be safe.
Just got mine in. Had to tighten or assemble all the hoses and the filter.
I get it, I don't think the vent works on mine...or I'm doing something wrong. When I first used it the sides got sucked in. I have to pump 20 gallons from it this week we'll see how it performs. Thank you for commenting be safe
PRI-D is a great diesel stabilizer also.
Thank you. We’ll see how this tank stores diesel. Be safe
I usea12v lawn battery to pump with. Small easy to handle.
Good for you, I'm just done with 5 gallon diesel cans this lasted me the entire summer. Be safe and thank you
you need a pole barn to house all your toys
I can't build a pole barn in my neighborhood, I have to build a structure that matches my house which is ends up being very expensive. Thank you be safe.
Are you still enjoying the tank?
I'll do a followup video...I had some issues I'm going to compress some diesel this weekend I'll do a followup video. Thank you be safe.
@@maraudermitchelli bummer I just bought one. My channel is just like yours btw. Toys toys toys lol
Well your just so lucky. I bought the same one and told them that some thing is missing. They replied to how I need to put it together. Da! I think I know how to put it together. Except for one thing. It missing a part to connect the hose to the filter neck. Looks like your hose was made just right. Mine needed an 1 1/4 inch thread so they didn't want to fix it nor refund my money back. Vevor is a crap company. I think they knew who I am an gave me crap . It was my first andonly and last time I order from that company VEVOR is no good.
I'm sorry that isn't right they should've taken care of the missing part...it's just wrong. No one sponsors my channel I did share what I do and buy. So far this tank had gotten light use we'll see how it holds up. Be safe thank you.
How long will the diesel last in that tank?
Along time I've been lazy...typically probably a couple months. Be safe thank you
@@maraudermitchelliis Stabil an algicide too? I don't have any concerns about diesel staying "stable", my only two concerns are algae and water.
