I've spent the past two months documenting my glow-up journey, and as I grow, learn, and continue to better myself in every way possible, I hope to share it with you all through my content. This is a very special journey to me, and I hope you can join me in pushing to reach all of our 2023 goals before the new year is born. This week, one of my main goals was to eat mostly raw, whole foods to reset my gut and continue on my path of healing and nurturing my body. I’ve been so stressed out with finals lately & have been feeling very nauseous & sick. InshAllah may Allah SWT grant us all shifa (health) & continue to help those that are sick & in need 🥹🤍
