I would stretch the image and turn up the exposure on the reflection; from that distance, the reflection wouldn't be that visible and dark.

I know this may sound very basic but how did you set up for your scenes your talking on the couch, how did you wire those lightbulbs ? Is there a bracket at the top for the sockets? My biggest issue is that i bought some quasar science tube lights and i havent found a good way to rigg them for visual art in music videos and cant hide the rigging or the electric cords, thx for any advice

Those are just Ikea lights. It comes with a normal ceiling mount, screws and a manual :-)
