That table saw is one of the most frightening things I've seen for while.
That guy needs to be introduced to band saws.
I was about to type, "well he has all his fingers....oops my bad".
I’d just use a bandsaw screw that machine of deaths
As a carpenter him using that table saw made me a little squeamish. Then I saw that he was missing a finger and I was like that makes sense....
Yes, I was thinking "kids, don't try this at home" :-)
I wear wooden clogs to work, they're very comfortable and easy to get in and out of plus it lets your feet breath much better. When I fist started wearing wooden clogs people could not comprehend how wooden shoes were comfortable but when they tried them on they were like WOW! Clogs need to make a comeback!
So you still wear them
Very nice job!!! Looking very good 👍👌💯
Beautiful craftsmanship perfection
Very good, nice.
Wild table saw, no finger on left hand, who would have thought?
ANYONE ELSE EXPECT THE SHOES TO LOOK A LITTLE BIT BETTER THAN THAT? 😂😂😂
i dont think this man does this for a living ,cz his process is clearly inefficient and the product looks extremely uncomfortable
Fun fact: the poplar wood used in this video (and all deciduous tree wood) is considered a “hardwood” even though it’s less dense than others in its category. All conifers are considered softwood (even though there are many conifers that are extremely dense).
Table saw safety rules ah who needs em
I think he knows what he’s doing
a dutch person would not consider this a clog.... but i guess the Romanians would? the function of Dutch wooden clogs, were as safety shoes. so they are completely made out of wood to protect the foot. in fact real dutch clogs, conform to all European Guidelines for safety shoes. which means you could show up at a construction site wearing wooden clogs instead of metal nosed shoes, and legally you'd be oke.
in dutch this type of clog would actually be called "platijen" or "platforms" roughly translated.
The English wouldn't consider them English clogs either.
Wow that was very cool.👍👍👍👍💕
Thanks ! best
I’m surprised that he still has all his fingers!

Very good work Jesus was a carpenter He wants you to have everlasting life talk to Him He will answer
I know this might sound stupid but if a protective isn't applied to the wood could it end up cracking or splintering into the foot? I never understood the reason for clogs but I'll research their history. Regardless I enjoyed this! Please be careful, I've never seen anyone use a table saw quite like that before and it looks like you've already experienced its danger. I wonder what else he builds, that was a huge stack of wood.
The reaspn was that wood is waterproofed and easily shaped. The normal shoe were made of leather which soles wore out prety quickly, and was not waterproof. That is why it was mainly farmers who wore wooden shoes.

Notification gang give me a like much love from Kenya
Thanks for uploading this. It is such a simple process, but I suppose that makes sense. I wonder how long a pair of these would last before wearing out or at least needing repair? All the best!
I would be terrified to take a hammer and nails near my foot while I'm wearing them.

I did it myself with the Woodglut plans. I think this is the best way to find out how to build it.
How much do these costs? can i buy them elsewhere in the country? o.o
See if Ebay or Amazon have them. Or just put wooden clogs on your search bar.
@@angies3057 Thanks. I want to buy them IN romania, where i am. NOT online. ;)
@@sapphirecamui6447 oh okay 😊 sorry I didn't know you live there. That must be beautiful!!!
@@angies3057 Don't worry about it ;p it is interesting. I wish i had more time to travel -and more money. the train tickets are pretty expensive in local currency - romania didn't adopt the euro yet. :(
@@sapphirecamui6447 oh I see. Traveling is wonderful but to be honest I never traveled outside of USA either. But it would wonderful if we had that kind of money.
Ah, French clogs. They are indeed a bit different from Dutch clogs.
iwould love to see and hear a woman wearing proper english clog boots with iron horse shoes on them
I did it with the Woodglut plans.
Such a fool doing good work of making it with wood but at last he used leather and everything failed he remains a fool
