and to Finn's fans. Ryan's performance of this show is also great. My recommend is Come Pick Me Up. it's stunning ! You should check them out if you got time. You might be his fan.
why's everything gotta be a competition, ryan is tearing up that lead and this is a damn good song....pentatonic scale or not, some people can actually feel music
Idk who this Adams guy is but he seems pretty talented its a shame that they had a fallout on stage and to judge the musicians music based on a biased view and taking sides is quite sad when it should only really be about the music. Both make some sweet tunes.
Ryan's solo is sooo COOL ! I heard there was some argument going on during the show, but men..this is so fuking cool. no offence people, but just enjoy the music. no need for argument anymore.
Ryan plays on Neils songs, yet he was supposedly pissed that Neil played on his .It seemed to me that when Neil was played these BIG songs the camera shot to Ryan he looked in awe of Neil. His negative comments afterwards had to be total jealousy.Neil Finn can stand in front of 100,000 people with an acoustic guitar and play Dont dream its over, temptation,Lowlands, she will have her way.Great songwriters Dylan ,Adams .Bruce,NF,NY are great songwriters.Mature artists respect others work .
@topgazza ehh, pentatonic scale. No doubt though, his solo was the best part of this song. I guess listening to Neil Finn strum and warble doesn't even scratch the surface of Ryan's Brilliance
Neil Finn was not at his best here, his live singing voice seems to be faltering a little with age, but to say he doesnt even scratch the surface of Ryan Adams is ludicrous, Neil Finn created some great , clever and uplifting pop songs in his days with Crowded House and Spit Enz. If you go and listen to some Crowded house you will see where his talent lies , where as adams is more soft country Neil Finns stuff he wrote for crowded house was a bit beatles like and a notch above Ryan Adams,
So what happens here is Ryan is rocking the Solo intro whereupon he starts getting cheers from the audience. At that point you can see Neills face changing and he promptly says sarcastically: "Oh, yeah, you've got rhythm. Listen to him". What a sad and pathetic display of jealousy by Mr Finn. I feel particularly sad because I used to like Crowded House and some of their songs. I remember listening to their great last concert in the nineties. But now he's nowhere near Ryan vocally or musically.
this was SUPPOSED to be a collaboration song, whereas a majority of ryan's songs neil joined in just because he wanted to. ryan shouldn't have been upset about it, but clearly he's kind of a brat
Great version...Ryan gives it all on his guitar....marvelous
Neil Finn is on another lvl !
and to Finn's fans.

I never thought I’d say this, but isn’t that the guy from .... Fleetwood Mac? Lol.
go watch jersey shore if you're looking for drama
When you realise you‘re the 3rd best musician in the room.
And that you're also a wife beater (Bryan, that is)

So, it turns out Neil Finn is not only a better musician than Bryan, but a better person too 🤣
negative vibes at 1.57
@gerardaven Not even...

So now as well being a better musician than Bryan, he is a better person 🤣
Look! It's 2 brilliant and renowned musicians, and that guy who married Mandy Moore!
this was SUPPOSED to be a collaboration song, whereas a majority of ryan's songs neil joined in just because he wanted to. ryan shouldn't have been upset about it, but clearly he's kind of a brat
yeah i think Adams is basically a snob with the wrong group of people i think he should have been lined up with twinky and dinky
Good on you Ryan. Leave Neil to sing his shitty weather song while playing his song better than him.
Neil can't sing
Bryan can't be a nice person
