Selam Harriet, I’ve been watching your travel videos in Ethiopia and I’m genuinely impressed by how warmly you connect with people. Your energy, kindness, and sociable spirit make you feel like one of us. It’s like you belong there. Honestly, the only way we’d know you aren’t Ethiopian is when you start speaking English. You’re the kind of person who could easily make a home in Ethiopia if you ever decided to stay. Sending you a big hug from England 🫂
Ethiopia is really beautiful and promising country just if they stopped their nonsense ethnic clashes and concentrate in the development of their country they will lead the whole African content.
I was born in Hossana and lived in Hawassa for 3 years and relocated to South Africa 🇿🇦 for 6 years and now living in the USA 🇺🇸 for more than 12 years ❤❤❤❤😍🇺🇸👋🙏
I'm thankful for Ethiopians for the love, time and hospitality you've really showed my sister Harriet. Thanks for showing Hawassa. When will you show us Kabalagala of Ethiopia? Love from Isingiro, Uganda🇺🇬🇺🇬❤️❤️🇪🇹🇪🇹
Heya thats right am from hawassa , it is the most clean and safest city in Ethiopia, got a chill vibe to it ..not much hustle and bustle like Addis, It is my favorite city in Ethiopia we are watching you from USA supporting you good job thanks! :)
I’m really enjoying this. I didn’t know Hawasa is such a beautiful and clean city. Wow! I would like to visit this city! I only wish the politicians stop fighting each other’s and get together and make peace So that all Ethiopians can live in peace together and enjoy life!! My message to the government is make peace for all Ethiopians!!
i waiting ur post coz i missed that city, i feel u like our cleanest city Hawassa, it's my birth place. anyways there is a lot u have to see in Hawassa the University, the lake, the resorts Haile & Lawi even the Mountain so please enjoy, & when u come back i will take u the best Ethiopian Restaurant in Kampala ✌.
This is my second vlog I watched first Somali region Jigjiga, you’re as friendly as the local people so impressed. Hawassa sure vey beautiful & clean. Hope enjoying your time in Ethiopia , I will check more of your videos & you got one more subscriber 😅
It is glad to have your content about Ethiopia. Perhaps you will show me others including Addis Abeba and Hawassa. Send my regard from Surabaya, Indonesia, East Asia.
Hawassa is more cleaner than Addis Ababa, and they have been like this for long long time. Well done to them! And thank you for the video, you should make them subscribe to your channel when you sit with them.
@emmanuelSande-v3m: Do NOT try to bring your AIDS to Ethiopia. Stay away!! Ethiopian girls are not for sale. If you go and try, someone will end your life there.
You will reach very far away as a blogger i just see it sister , you’ve got a good sense of humour and charisma when you talk with people , keep it up 👍👍👍❤️🙏🏽
Lake Tana, largest lake of Ethiopia, in a depression of the northwest plateau, 6,000 feet (1,800 meters) above sea level. It forms the main reservoir for the Blue Nile (Abbay) River, which drains its southern extremity near Bahir Dar.great job Keep going ❤❤❤
Hi Harriet Thank you for visiting my city and introducing to the world! Just I want to correct one mistake you made while introducing the city. even though Lake Hawassa is big but not the biggest in Ethiopia. Lake Tana is the biggest in the country. Lake Tana is also found near the main source of Blue Nile river! I recommend you to visit Lake Tana in Bahirdar too! Thank you for visiting my beautiful City Hawassa. I lived there nearly 30 years!
Tha largest lake in Ethiopia is Lake Tana (the source of the Blue Nile river) It's the 3rd largest in Africa. Lake Tana is about 84 kilometers long and 66 kilometers wide, with a maximum depth of 15 meters. Its surface area ranges from 3,000 to 3,500 square kilometers, depending on the season and rainfall.
Corrections: The largest Lake in Ethiopia is NOT Hawassa Lake but it’s Tana Lake, located in the North from where the Blue Nile River is originated. Blue Nile River is mentioned in a Bible. It originates from Ethiopia and travels through Sudan to Egypt. You might know about Blue Nile River if you are Christian. I don’t blame you for your report but those who provided you with misinformation. In general, those providing you with such misinformation do not their own country history or not travel for themselves within their own country, yet they want to be tour guide. Hawassa, formerly Known as Awassa, is the capital of Southern Ethiopia. If you want to see big Lakes in southern Ethiopia, I suggest to you to travel to the city of Arba Mich, 250 Km South of Hawassa. There you will be able to see more attractions including Nech Sar Park from where you will overlook Lake Abaya, then farther to the South of the city, you will make short drive and will be able to take boat ride on Lake Chamo, the cleanest Lake. You will see so-Called; Crocodile Market, not real Market but you see bunch of crocodiles and hypos as well.
The most tourist attractions in Ethiopia are located in the south in particular in the city of Arba Minch from where you depart to different tourist attractions. Museveni, Ugandan leader was in the city of Arba Minch with other African leaders as well. The City of Arba Minch is nicknamed “Paradise” because of it’s beautiful tourist attractions in the vicinities. You shouldn’t leave Ethiopia without visiting this city of Arba Minch from where you see two Lakes, Lake Abaya in the East and Lake Chamo in the South side of the city. If you travel there, you should stay in uptown called: Secha,. Secha is where most of International standard hotels and administrative offices are located from where you see the Lakes and Nech Sar Park. Seach online for the best and affordable hotels in Secha. The downtown is called: "Sikela". This is a business district. Good luck.
