See, I get confused when I hear some coaches say “your dominant thoughts create your reality, so saturate your mind” & then some say to detach & you’ll get your manifestations. I even hear people say all the time that when they finally just gave up on their manifestations, they appeared. To me, these two things are the complete opposite of each other so I don’t know if I need to saturate or detach & not think about my manifestations. Does any of this make sense? Lol.
you really just have to pick something that resonates the most with you. it all works because it’s one’s own assumption. no one method will get you results faster than you just doing whatever is aligned/easiest for you to understand
detachment actually means ( imo) to detach from the old story. it means to detach from the version who did not have it. from the "lack" of your wish in your reality and embrace the new story, no matter what you see. the new age-definition of detachment is a joke bc it's more so " you need to let go of the wish, you are not supposed to want what you want" like with sp "if you want your sp you will repel them" but ofc you want your sp naturally bc you feel infatuated = which then creates shame and negative emotions and will make you obsess even more. plus you create the assumption of "messing it up" and "doing things wrong". ofc you could say realizing you have it now, immersing yourself in it. BEING it, embodying it.. is a form of detachment too bc you "let go" of the need to check anything but i'd call this fulfillment. i can highly recommend to let all the Law of Attraction and New Age-Myths go & go back to the core which (to me) is Neville-based teachings.
