Hi, thanks for sharing how you make this, I use the same exact recipe and I weigh everything to be exact, but when it's time to shape for the final rise it's way too goopy and I end having to to almost pour the dough in the pan. It's very frustrating 😑 not sure what I'm doing wrong. Yours looks just like jovials, any suggestions?
Im so so sorry for the delay! I do know how frustrating it can be! I do know, the older my start got, the easier things got ... I would make sure that your scale is staying consistant, or is calibrated. Ive had to throw a scale away before. I do add quite alot of flour to the counter, and my hands as needed . .. hows it going? Don't give up!
