well many people see him as very low tier and tbf most pro players ive seen who used him didnt get much success so .. i dont think he was that popular when he first appeared anyway
Probably because his combo still stuck after 2-3 moves. The combo with the arial hit may continue the hit but it consume bar just to follow it up again. Maybe there Will be another balancing.
If they bring oswold is better also juhn and boa from kof 1999
