Later, I heard LeAndria sing " Better Days", I heard the anointing in her voice. "Deliver Me" is the truth. All 3 songs have filled me, inspired me and strengthened me. As far as how the church community sees LeAndria, to me is unnecessary and not of God. We all have sinned and have fallen short of God's grace. He is the only Judge. When I think of Le"Andria, I think of Whitney Houston. Both are talented women, yet they struggle in their personal lives. God rest Whitney, but Ms Johnson is more vocal about her issues, where as Houston denied her problems for years resulting in visible signs of trouble and ultimately her death. I commend Ms Johnson for her ability to push through and do her thing. I will continue to keep her in my prayers. She truly has God given gift!

Thank you for this interview I’m definitely going to listen to her music. I really needed this today. The part when she said she turned her back on God for the actions of man. I did the same February 12, 2018 my 14 year old daughter was murdered at a park. I cursed God I was so angry I prayed every night for the safety and lives of my 5 children. I just couldn’t understand why why he would take my baby girl from me. I was furious I stopped believing, in my mind a God who would allow my innocent child to be shot with an AR-15 and then bleed to death on a gas station floor calling for me her mother...... either didn’t exist or didn’t love me or my child. It’ll be 2 years and 8 months tomorrow since I heard those words in that little room full of doctors and nurses and felt that unexplainable overwhelming horrible feeling my heart being shattered into a million pieces and it feels like it just happened. Some days I wake up and it feels like im on autopilot . But God only he has been able to get me to where I am today. There are still many many bad days days when I can’t breath and I just want to give up and leave this world behind but then I feel him and I know with everything in me that I will one day be reunited with my Natalie I know she is saving a place for her mama. I just have to hang on day by day and allow God to lead me. Again thank you Jason for introducing me to her music I have a feeling it will touch my heart.
