      Thanks man. Took some time and some bruises but finally got it. It’s not the best but I’m 46 so the body isn’t as flexible these days! Haha

    Keep your legs straight. Imagine the legs as pendulums. When rolling from your back to the right shoulder, swing your right leg hard and the momentum will transition smoother. Power comes from the legs. When you get to the increase speed, your inner thighs will get sore from the split leg position of the windmill. This will be normal and will heal.
