don't go with the minimum fuel load for the fw190 F8. it means that only the fuel tank on the front gets filled and makes it even more nose heavy. Try 20 or even 30 min of fuel. it actually balances the aircraft much better
i have a lot of trouble in Tank TB. I find I constantly get one shotted from across the map, around the beginning of the game. whenever I get in engagements, I always end up bouncing off them, even in tanks with good pen, while on the other hand, they always go through me like paper. i mostly play American and British tanks
I would love if you did a sort of "how to" for the Jagdtiger. It often gets uptiered and the ammo it has does nothing to the armor of a T10M or even an IS6 each from the sides. What was your play style when you were going through the lengthy spading process?
By the way, if you're looking for the optimal way to review the Ferdinand, at least one showcased match needs to be US+GER vs Russia at 7.3. The Ferdi has the armor to shrug off essentially all guns at that BR or below, minus the very rare SU-122-54 APDS/HEATFS, Type-62 HEATFS, Object 906 HEATFS, and ASU-85 HEATFS. The Ferdinand is Germany's best counter to the IS-6 below its BR. I've killed two IS-6s through the turret front and cupolas head on while effortlessly bouncing their shots.
Most of the matches i get with ferdinand are axis vs allies where brits are present. I think you can't ignore this as every british tank at 6.3 and above can negate ferdis armor with apds, except for tortoise which is pretty rare.
The Ferdinand in Sim can be amazing. There's a line up where it's at the top where the scaries thing it will face is a M26E1. It's pretty damn fine if you know how to maneuver it since there's very few thigns that can pen it form the front Also is it fair to say that Orange is WT's QB?
oh i remember when i started playing sim, thats a very long time ago, was in the Tiger H1 and back then Sim was in the MM category where it doesnt matter what tanks you bring, now its sadly a daily "event" thingy :/ remember sitting at 1km+ and just raping T-34-85s on Kurks
i think the ferdinand is one of the easiest tanks to play at this german BR. good mobility, good armor, and a good gun that somehow is penetrating stuff better than a tiger 2
I always play agressive in WoT in my SU-122-44 because sniping is no good... After all its built on a T 44 chassis and has a top speed somewhere around 40 kph
I do agree with the gun being awesome but I have yet to find the armor of the 🐘. The only thing that resembles armor is the fact that the 🐘 is garantueed 2shot. Sadly this only works if they do not crit anything usefull. And that is unlikely... The Jagdpanther is so much better because it is faster and has no disadvantages compared to the 🐘. That makes me a sad 🐘
The fact that people develop a meta and playstyle around farming and responding to spawncampers is pretty indicative that something is not right in WT. Granted its kind of different when your spawn has been taken rather than cheaply camped but none the less its pretty clear theres a problem when you are holding tanks in reserve for the exact purpose of countering spawn camps. The fact that RB players still think TDs cant play on the front lines just blows my fucking mind. The Ferdinand isnt even a TD as much as it is a breakthrough tank USE IT that way xD
