Are we supposed to use hydrogen peroxide to stop the bleaching process and I also saw to not cause holes in the shirt? Thanks for helping!

Hi, im not using hydrogen peroxide. I just wash the shirt with water and detergent, until now all my reverse dyes are not making holes.
