It’s near e470, Highlands Ranch, Castlewood Canyon and Castle Rock with light rail and buses to Denver.
Government always operates in the Black and my home and others near Main Street are 20 years or more and homes in my near downtown area start around $550,000.00. Main Street speed limit is 20.
