My understanding is that himars missiles explode in the air over their intended target showering it in hundreds of tungsten projectiles. So the missile seen in the video is probably not a himars, instead something else.

The HIMARS has different types of warheads some are direct contact high explosive and another type uses the tungsten balls that spray over the target area
HIMARS fires missiles with different warheads. The M30A1 Alternative Warhead is the tungsten one, it has ~188,000 tungsten pellets. The M31 series has the unitary warhead and the M26 has cluster munitions (DPICM). I think Ukraine has all three.

You can also see oily smoke coming up from behind the trees after the explosion abates, 2 vehicle kills at least with that one donated missile. Saying that missile missed is like saying the grenade that landed 4 feet away missed you. You're still going to have a very bad day.

How do you define “winning”? You can’t naively just assume that occupied territory determines who is “winning”, because the russians’ losses are absolutely horrendous for every km they occupy. It has depleted the russian army so much, they have had to beg North Korea snd China for weapons, golf carts, bicycles, etc., that their army is severely weakened. And now the economy is in shambles. The russian bank had to step in AGAIN to bolster the ruble against the USD, which takes money away from other much-needed things. They will probably raise interest rates again - which will harm the economy even further. And putin did all this because he had an unhealthy obsession over Ukraine.

HIMARS is a missile delivery system. The GBU warhead attached to a missile is what provides the tungsten balls.

Nothing is controlled after such hit. Literal tens of tungsten balls went through those launch pipes.
