While these laws it is assumed that husband had done wrong and he has to prove that he is innocent. In many cases it is impossible to prove oneself innocent. If someone had done something, then that can be proved that he did it. There are evidence and facts ! When someone had not done something then how one can prove that he didn not !!! there cant be any evidences for things not done !
