It is not a glitch. That is a feature to prevent glitches. If you fly too far from main land base you take 10 dmg. I recommend trolling your friends with inf hang gliders. You have to be in the air to deploy so you have to jump. It send you up then exit it and keep doing that. It is fast and easy. If you fall from 69420 blocks up you only take 100 fall dmg
