08:10 before anyone rushes to get the UCS sail barge just for the Luke Lightsaber GWP….just so you know, it can be built using £10-15 worth of parts depending on where you get them (or free if you have them already). Once again the only thing “unique” in this set, like both lightsaber GWPs before, is the printed plaque piece. Other than that it’s a dead easy build to recreate (I’ve already built it based on photos of the set). 🤷
A Townhouse is good. My minifigs need somewhere to actually live. Still waiting for a hospital or school though, and it appears we aren't going to get it via the Bricklink Designer Program seeing as TLG has banned modulars.

I think the more modulars available to purchase, the more likely people are to purchase the official ones. People like collecting, and a large number of modulars means more buildings for one's Lego City.

It's nice we're getting a UCS Jango Fett's Boba Fett's Starship! Personally, I kinda wish it was a playset instead, UCS sets are too big for me personally. I might get it anyway and just keep it in storage, not that I'm a reseller or anything, just thinking about holding on to it because you never know what the future might be like, might get a far bigger home and therefore alot more space for my lego sets.

@@zanlan79 I've been collecting for about 35 years and they've never been like this before. Nowadays they continue to include tons of tiny parts to up the piece count and charge you more. I'm not being negative, just realistic. If you've recently bought any of the large sets you'll see what I mean.

I have the UCS Slave 1 and will have to add this one too. But honestly I’d rather have Jango’s if I could only pick one! Just can’t get enough of that colour scheme.
Disappointed that the Jango Slave 1 is going to be UCS. I hope that means we'll see another one in a year or so scaled to Bobas Slave 1 that came out a few years ago or the 20th anniversary one from like 2018
Or heres a thought stop waiting on lego to put out modular sets and start building your own mocs out of the sets currently out there or by buying specific pieces for it through pick a brick if you wait forever you may never finish your city
I am not a fan of the prequel movies and the clone Wars overall as far as Lego sets goes, but since I do not have a UCS slave 1, the jango Fett ship for next year sounds very intriguing. I also I'm very curious how the snow globe train will look and how that modular building is going to look. The mini orchid and the bamboo is going to be pretty nice with a low price point but also they have pots which Lego needs to do more of for their botanicals the rest is kind of meh lol the Lego Star Wars sign will have to be something pretty spectacular in order for me to want to purchase it.
