The last time the L.A. BEAST decided to give himself a BRAIN FREEZE, he unsuccessfully tried to deliver birthday presents across a buttered kitchen floor and nearly sliced his toe off. Today in an effort to redeem himself and to become the undisputed KING of BRAIN FREEZES, the L.A. BEAST has set up a 5 stage Brain Freeze gauntlet that will test his ability to FOCUS on the task at hand while his head feels like it is submerged underneath a FREEZING cold Iceberg in the Arctic Ocean.
The Goal: L.A. BEAST must not complain more than 20 times during this challenge about how cold it is or how much his brain hurts.
The Punishment: Even the slightest complaint over 20 will result in the L.A. BEAST having to warm himself back up by wearing a hat on his head made up entirely of Microwaved Bubble Gum.
Will he succeed?

He's saying downfall. Yes he has integrity he doesn't bs his vids in any way, full complaint and punishments if failed but it won't be a downfall in any way. When brain freezes occur, your body literally thinks your brain is freezing. So it sends a very very large amount of blood rushing to your head to warm it up and defuse the "brain freeze". The reason your heart ached is because it was working very very hard to pump blood much faster so that it can rush to your head so you don't die of a "frozen" brain. The body is an amazing thing.

Here is the non-intuitive secret to abolishing brain freeze instantly: simply drink cold water. Not iced water but like bottled water from the fridge. You'd think warm water would work better but no, water that is just not quite as cold as whatever caused your brain freeze works even better to quickly diminish and remove that acute headache. I always try to keep a bottled water nearby when eating ice cream, Slushee, etc. I don't know why that works, but it does! You're welcome.

This has to be the funniest challenge ever. I lost it when he bit into the first ice cube, his reaction to it was just so funny.
