Thank you very much, coach, Because of you, I was able to correct the things that should be corrected in my proper stance in boxing. Very informative in all your videos.
I'm so happy to found your content on yt! Your such an authentic guy, no bs and straight to the point. Thanks for having answers to my questions in terms of improving my technique!
Mate I’ve just started following you the past couple of weeks , I’m blown away with how much your videos have actually helped me with my boxing training . Much love and Respect to you Fran . Australia 🇦🇺!
kodi Cooper, how goods that. All the best with everything reopening again. I've been doing all my sessions down at the park and listening to Fran on the speakers 👌🏾
you are an absolute blessing for teaching this... i have literally been a human punchbag for my friends who use footwork... thanks fran im going to draw this grid and start practising foot work 30 minutes a day.... thank fran God bless you
wow thankyou, I wasn't actually expecting to get an answer on video. Just to add a bit more detail. I persevered with orthodox for nearly a year before swapping. And by swapping I just mean that I now train both stances equally, whilst before I would train only orthodox. I do things like your your pivot & side step drills and it feels much better in southpaw. Orthodox feels distinctly like my "switch" stance. I didn't really "choose" southpaw, it is just what seems to work best with my legs. I really don't expect you to come back to the same question, just giving a background. I will remind myself to always put the same effort into training orthodox as if it were the stronger stance. thanks for the tips

Thank you so much for your constant output of great videos!!! We do this at my gym but not often enough so I am going to get a hold of some tape and redesign our living room carpet. If my wife doesn´t like it I will tell her “Woman, Frans told me so". Thank you so much!
Thanks coach. Great stuff as always. Footwork is everything. Hands can't make powerful contact without the feet getting one into position with a good, braced base facing the right direction to deliver then follow or depart. First I heard of Canelo v Kovalev. Canelo is certainly being bold like the beer commercial with Stallone. Geez. Tall order.
As I start my journey into boxing, I find your content invaluable. Especially this video... The footwork template is a great idea! Looking forward to using it. Can you recommend a series of drills for this?
Fran - I love your foundation course which I refer to often - could you in a future video give any diet & nutrition tips in terms of how to stay disciplined and on track with good food. Also what are your thoughts on fasting eg 16:8 ? Thanks !
Don't eat any more animals ; if you have a choice to eat something else , then it's cruel to kill just for taste pleasure . Turns out it's great for athletes too . Check out the new Game Changers movie .
my opinion as a person who is experiencing this now- the 16:8 fasting is very good, I do tend to have more ambition and drive to go and get things done when im hungry... it's nature i think off it as im a hunter. human nature in my opinion is to collect my food and only then go to sleep and rest on a satisfied stomach after I went through whatever was on my path and got through any obstacles in my way to finish the mission and collect my reward. And hey .. what do you know im beginning to see a more toned body in my mirror. so in my opinion 16:8 fasting is a great thing overall. good food and nutrition is really all in your head. stop crying and complaining. get the fuck over it and do whatever needs to be done.
Hey Fran, who'd you take in these fantasy boxing matches, all in their prime: 1974 George Foreman vs. 1988 Mike Tyson 1974 George Foreman vs. 1997 Lennox Lewis Marvin Hagler vs. Bernard Hopkins
Hey love the videos, very detailed but easy to understand. I know that you do boxing but if i were to drill in the boxers stance with these movement drills would that help with mma fighting? Thank you
Hey fran new to your vids so i got a question whats a good way to set body hooks up and whens an good time to use a long hook i always thought straight punches beat looking and being that a hook is slower then a jab or a cross. Anyways frans love your vids so far man
Well yes but then u couldnt really train your fighter for a real match up u just wouldnt understand it u could only teach fittness and basics in my opinion
Wow thanks a lot coach! This is really really helpful And I don’t know if I can like get your email or any of your social media pages, so I can talk to you privately on there cuz I’ve got a lot of questions concerning learning at home for some reason my country doesn’t have a good gym here but I’m planning on moving out when I’m done with school so I can train and be a better boxer, I wanna be better than best boxers out there ... I’d really really appreciate it
Love it coach! Just watched when Muhammad Ali destroyed Sonny Liston.. Then he shocks everyone & does the same thing to Big George.Anyways..I will shut up.
Shocked these videos don't have so many more views. Boxing basics explained clearly and simply by someone who knows his shit. Seems that if you prance around to a backup track like a show pony you get more views. Humans eh?

Hey Fran! Please make a video on "how to not get countered while throwing punches" and "how to be unpredictable in boxing"
I would say feint, switch stance.. Switch guard style, memorize a lot of combos but that's my opinion after all
Hi Fran , how wide is the line that goes in between the feet ?
Hi thanks for doing the vid always wanted to know what those lines were for 👍 where do you download the phf?
I think I'm going to use different colors of tape to break up the patterns a bit.
