There are lots of problems in Harrier/Safari. You may search on RUclips and will find many videos. Not all cars are bad but which are having problems are a headache for the owners.
Bhai software upgrade kra le service centre le jake. Odometer pe dhyan se dekho two icons show kr rha hai, that is showing because of electronic stability issue. Just a software upgrade is required

Tata has evolved a lot over time, but it is really known for its workmanship and fit and finish issues. Issues like these are unexpected. I really appreciate how Indian brands are moving forward like tata and Mahindra. But other brands are definitely way way ahead in terms of workmanship. You already own the hector, and you know how it performs :) The Koreans, Germans and the Japanese are way ahead. It'll definitely take time for Indian brands to get there. This is the only reason why I never consider tata cars at all.

The build quality of Tata cars are good but the thing is that their car electronics are at initial stage which may not be reliable and can cause multiple problems.

Honestly, I dont know what kind of research you did before purchasing this vehicle, but Tata's vehicles are the most unreliable in mechanical and service terms. Though they offer good safety, you cannot trust these vehicles for long trips.
