It's the small busniess owners who tend to suffer through these times because of a lack of systems to maintain real time accurate pricing. Having to manually adjust everything begins to wear on you and important things start to slip through the cracks. Then over time this has a cumulative effect that begins to cripple your company.
Check with your accountant and find a good software that can do the math for you so you come out ahead; it's a tough business and you work very hard to lose!
Got 2 installs tommorow and parts for replacement on previous calls. Car oil gauge went to 80 psi 🤦♂️ everyone booked out and I have to leave my vehicle at the shop 😡 oreillys open till late, got most of the possible replacement parts to fix my issue. Time to work all night 💪🏼💯🔥
