I've worked a HC Priest spirt geared (not stam). Very resilent. Would worry about elite damage bursts, don't think you would want to raid with one, at all.
Warriors have massive hp regen from spirt nearly 1 to one hp5. When lvling my war I snagged some the of the whale and those purple shoulders with spirit and stam and had massive regen and very little down time..
@@bradleycooper5436warriors benefit the most from spirit when it comes to hp regen. They get the best mutliplier: 0.8 x Spirit + 6 While warlock have the worst with 0.08 multiplier. Rogues are pretty good with a 0.5 Multiplier. Leveled 2 spirit warriors and having of the wolf / boar / whale gear is usually super cheap barely affect your damage since you need 7 strenght to gain 1 dps. In order to kill a mob 1 swing faster while leveling you need mad blues with offensive stats on every single piece.

I used to do that on my troll warrior with leveling, troll warrior gets 1.3xspirit -27 hp per 2 seconds base regen with racial so 10% while in combat. so i would replace all stam with spirit and regen 50-70% of all the hp lost in combat while fighting. after 40-44 the mobs hit much, much harder and you need to swap to stam and some agi to actually kill stuff. I still want to get my hands on a baron rivendare sword cuz it boosts natural regen (hp/2 not 5), run 2h fury with all the hp regen talents and blood thrist, then stack some hp/5 like lifestone and diamond flask and a few huge spirit items.
on vmangos or whatever the fuck vanilla wow private servers use i think the coefficient for spirit on warriors is busted so thats why he regens so much, on classic era i think its 0.8 something but on private servers its 1.2
the spirit works the same in classic as spirit-hunter, With alcemy you you can just shot and dont get out of mana - I did like 3 times up to lv 20 -The reason as hunter are -the pet is you tank and you dont crit -sometimes the damage are to much and you aggro , but your full mana usually when you healed your pet -Agiity+spririt only aggros every time almost -If you like that playstyle -melee the npc whilst it might run away, mana regen arent bad and no problem

@@ericpadilla2454 Why not? the formula i found for regen for wariors is Spirit * 0.80 + 6 lets assume human warior has 100 spirit + 10% from racial = 110 spirit which is 94hp per tick troll with 100 spirit would regen 86 + 8,6 from the racial = 94,6hp per tick.
No regen in combat though. It might be 300 running and 500 sitting, but it's a big fat 0 while fighting in pvp or pve. Still a fun thing for memes or AV. Not practical to run around with that set in bags just in case a warlock dots you or whatever.
Did a similar meme build in turtle, could combat-regen faster than enemies of my level autoswung at me, but took way too long to kill anything for it to be actually useful.
yea had 39 troll spirit /sp war twink, dueldwield fury with chilli and shadow oils tick like 150-250 in combat depending on buffs while kiting between mellee swings + Blood Craze hp regen low lvl is also faster, like 2-3 sec
So you can either farm up all this gear, keep your bags packed with an entire 2nd set of gear. Download an addon that lets you quick swap sets, and have to wait to be out of combat… Or you can just keep some food on you lmao… the only real benifit would be if you get dotted up while riding past an enemy, mounted…
Made myself mostly immortal in wotlk at 80mwith double bryntrolls and other regen shenanigans. You can stay in combat indefinitely with victory rush in SoD, the immortal still eludes me tho
This isnt a new tactic or nething, old strat for leveling. Its meh though imo. Ur dps gets sacked hard and warriors should be killing things that insta die when leveling.

warrior is 80% of spirit conversion rate in vanilla only. It really is insane. Sitting also boosts it.

Spirit's always been way underrated. Phenomenal stat. It's just hard to get any meaningful amount and keep damage up at higher levels.
