Guzu you need to clean up your WoW install buddy. Delete the cache folder for starters. Next make sure all of your addons are up to date. If you have to run out of date ones for some reason get an error reporting addon to see if something is chain erroring. Check your network settings and disable any power saving features for your network adapter. Also it can't hurt to disconnect your modem/router for a bit and then plugging it back in. Those devices rarely ever get a break. Oh and TitusTech has a really nice tool you can use to strip all the unnecessary telemetry out of your windows install.

The lag seems to be when you engage a boss, which means it could be coming from an addon
I remember a similar problem, weak auras for raids are a good place to start looking

World buffs mainly to parse. Just boon them or play with like minded people. Cata has even more sweat in Hardmodes.
