This book was a HUGE blessing to me! I get a lot of others asking for the best book to read, and that is such a personal and situational question. When I read this, it was the best book for me. It guided me to read other Dr. Benjamin Hardy books. I loved Be Your Future Self Now as well.
Thanks for reviewing this one. I read it months ago and your synopsis brought it all back to me and in a great format.

I should add that much of my obstacles keeping me from my success is that I still hold onto the vision of what I believe others expect of me. Dr. Hardy has helped me recognize that by focusing on my future self, I can more easily let go of my present self and release those obligations. I feel so much more free these days. Late in life, (in my 50s) I realize that I still have so much time to be whomever I please.

Reminds me of Greg McKeown’s book Essentialism too. “What do you want to go big on?”
