No-Nana. Hes bang average! Ugarte is a ground covering defensive player. He puts the hardwork in to make others look better. Ugarte is the player needed for Ten Hags system.
The 1st caller was very good. We need someone who is an elite athlete if we sell mctominay. Heading, speed at which players cover ground is very important especially in the Premier League.
Thanks for a great cast> 1. Please never say Hello Hello Hello again, makes you sound like that lass from Alice Talks Football 2. Can you please check, I could be wrong, but I think Branthwaite is slower than Maguire, consideribly slower actually according to the one stats page I checked, the reason I checked is because to my eye he is slower. 3. Yah need to shave against the grain James pal 😂, keep shaving those bold spots and it'll grow kid 🤣 Onana gives me fellaini vibes and it bugs me out! I'd prefer ugarte personally and he's cheaper too. Just my thoughts though 🤷. Ineos make it happen, I need a bastard in midfield 😂 😂😂 😂😂😂😂
Just at the point you’re discussing pellestri. He just does not look confident at all playing for us but obviously he hasn’t racked up enough minutes to build any. He and amad were scouting dept finds right? There’s definitely something there.
Good evening James, thanks for the update and content you are putting up, even the clickbaiting and speculation MUFC channels are using your videos I've noticed recently quoting James, you certainly are doing something right 👍
I hope Manutd is interested in Lyon's Cherki, 20yr old. He can play AM, RW. Two footed player. Ranked 2nd in most successful dribbles in Ligue 1 last season. His contract expires 2025. Available for around €20m. Psg, Dortmund are interested in him
you’ve got it backwards, ugarte is far more active defensively & it’s not even close. also he’s sound in possession but will just keep it safe & move it to someone who is more progressive (mainoo is the prime example)
United can’t offer 55mil for brantwaith before July first but Everton won’t need money after July first, what leverage will United have? Everton will simply hold out for 70mil
Pellistri can play in the Prem, he's a good player. How many players are crossing the ball. Then you look at Argentina, Garnacho is not playing, so he's Prem ready and who's international ready?
Ugarte is coached by Marcelo bielsa in the uruguan national team We all know how bielsa made kalvin phillps look like pirlo ugarte might not become busquets; bielsa will make sure he is at aleast extremely competent in recieving passes from the defence and be positionally disciplined
Have you been out of earth? They don't like his play style (or whatever that was last season) hence the new coaches. They're backing themselves/United.

Ugarte's not up to the level if we want to be a possession based team (press resistance, receiving ball off CBs etc). There's a reason Enrique decided straight away he wasn't the guy
He's got enough growth left in him to improve, sod psg, how many players have gone there and done better once they've left! Quite a lot to be honest! @@mrcross91 fair point. I just don't think he has that quality to be able to build possession. But I suppose with Martinez and Shaw being so good at that we could work around it
Trying to reason with the Ugarte signing when we have to pay a crazy amount is something I’m not sure about let’s try getting Archie or even Wharton with that 60 mill
A suitable alternative to Ugarte may be a good idea, but the two suggestions that you made are probably the least attainable pair of future stars in England for differing reasons! To get ANY Gray to switch over to ManU would be difficult, but Archie is way too close (to the heart of our historic rivalry)to be easy. And Wharton has just been called up to play for England seniors,so will be almost equally difficult to get from Palace at a sensible price... Do you have any other possible candidates?

McTominay is not an elite athlete, he is a big body but he lacks explosion, speed, he's decent in the air but not overly strong for his size.

So many are SOLD on Brainwait. He isn’t the answer. 60m+ for another English player. Would stay clear don’t have a good feeling about it.
I dont want to see United buying the Belgium Conor Gallagher (Amadou Onana) for £60m. What a rip off.
Weirdly the best partner for Mainoo is Rice. Imagine If we’d bought him instead of antony..
Been bang average in Euros

Completely depends on the style of play. You don’t need to cover lots of ground if you plate possession base football.
Onana is a bang average player. He’s not good on the ball; his passing range is not good and his reading of the game is weak.
