I'm a Filipino and I would say Israel and Philippines' relationship should be EXTREMELY GOOD. Remember during that time of WWII and Holocaust, the Philippines saved more than a thousand Jews. Israel repayed Philippines' kindness by allowing the Filipinos to travel in Israel WITHOUT Visa and by helping our country with humanitarian and military efforts. All in all, this is a great video

I'd say that Phillipines and israel are extremely good as they have sent us numerous military aid and economic aid and our government calling for a israeli state.
The Philippines 🇵🇭 is obviously a US 🇺🇸 Ally because they have a lot of history and similar ideology. However, the UK 🇬🇧 doesn't focus much about the Philippines 🇵🇭.
Examples of UK 🇬🇧 allies are many Commonwealth countries (former and current) such as and some remaining non-Commonwealth kingdoms such as Bhutan 🇧🇹, Thailand 🇹🇭, and Japan 🇯🇵 where Bhutan 🇧🇹 doesn't recognize the US 🇺🇸, even Thailand 🇹🇭 and Japan 🇯🇵 have some good relations with the US 🇺🇸.

The fact that the Philippines are now in a good relationship with Japan today is pretty awesome. China should take a few notes when or if the CCP is overthrown.
Japan has been helping the Philippines since the 1980s from livelihood trainings, infrastructures and manufacturing. If someone works in the government they will always encounter the initials JICA because of the many government projects assisted by Japan. Also most of the adults now grew up from watching anime, Jdramas and Japanese documentaries which are all free to watch in the local tv channels before the internet became popular. Let's just say the relationship of Japan and the Philippines now is from decades of hard work of Japan proving to the Philippines they are a good friend.
China's soft power...is close to nothing really; closest maybe is Genshin Impact and the many MOBAs but they're mostly Japanese or Western fantasy themed.

Fun fact: We are so close with Israel that when we voted for Palestine to get UN observer status, they and US didn't even bat an eye at us. While the other countries who did received severe criticism. And yeah we also have good relationship with Palestine as their problem is quite similar to our Bangsamoro.
