For wider sleeves you could just attach the feather with glue or sew them on by hand or on a sewing machine! I’ve done it on a pair of trousers and it worked ok ☺️❤️ xxx

I bought mine off eBay but you can get them in the supermarket in the kids party section. They have Christmas ones about at the moment that you could use! Xxx

You can wash them but you have to make sure you dry them using a hairdryer to fluff the feathers out again, otherwise the feathers look rubbish. Hope that helps ☺️ x
