Hi! Thank you for reaching out! 😊 Nanogrid air unfortunately isn't compatible with UK smart meters since it connects to the P1/HAN port on the smart meter. UK smart meters have a different system called WHAN which is the wireless version of the HAN port and that is not supported by the Nanogrid air.
@@CTEKBatteryChargers Could he get an electrician to instal a Easee Equalizer Amp (device whit ct clamps that has a P1 port) and use the P1 port on that?
