Scott McTominay (Napoli) - Bring him back to the Premier League, storyline, it didn't really work out for him in Italy, and wanted a second chance in the Premier League
Angel Gomes (Lille?) - Played there for England and can be converted. Storyline, he enjoyed his time abroad but wanted to have an opportunity to play in the Premier League and have a better chance of getting in the England team consistently
Yves Bissouma (Tottenham) - Storyline, fell out of favour at Tottenham and wanted to start playing football again

I get that the 3421 cant be used against big teams unless fully mastered, but dont forget crystal palace drew with man city with the exact formation 😂 but unfortunately unlike irl the wingbacks cant come back on defense because the games odd..
Just a side note, i think you should turn down ai aggression to 90 tbh, nearly every featured game coincidentally has a red card 😂
