    I wanted to add lol, the people that do find relationships on there, notice how fast they move in their relationship (most times). Like you said, the basis of a relationship is friendship. When people meet on those apps, because they want to "secure" that person they like to get them off the apps to only focus on them, they don't feel they have the time to build that friendship first. It's like trying to hurry and physically take someone off the market, because that's what it is.

      Wow that makes sense to be ‘competing’ for someone’s attention. I wonder how that plays out in how the relationship can even develop genuinely…

    I think there's a lot of decision fatigue on apps too. We have soo many options as women that it can get overwhelming. BUT I do think you should try to go on a date 👀 lol a lot of people's real personality comes out when they're in person. And that's the only way to know if you vibe. I went on a date with this guy and we didn't hit it off but we did become friends bc we had so much in common, so it's possible.

    Love the channel. Keep in mind, organic connections can be made anywhere - even on dating apps. I met my husband on Hinge four years ago. It was an immediate connection. That’s not to say everyone will find their person on dating apps, but it’s possible.

    You're so right about how looking at ppl as products via a dating app creates distance. You have an incredible mind. I would argue that viewing people from the perspective of social media in any capacity, influences that apathy you talked about.

    Dating apps exit because it is hard to meet interesting people in real life - otherwise why go through this strange process talking to someone (who could be fake) on an app! The art of communication is taking strange turns - and if you happen to meet someone you like you are lucky!
    I call it the fire walking test - you probably will get burnt somewhere along the way
    But its always worth a try at least!

    Like for me as a bisexual woman. It is very hard to date women actually it’s really boring. Because women are not really romantic or make any romantic efforts. It’s usually the masculine presenting women or the non-binary ones who make the effort romantically. But the feminine women don’t really make the effort to even make conversation or ask you things about yourself. They kind of just wait for you to carry everything And make all the plans and spend time with them and everything. I do agree with the friendship thing. Especially as an Namibian I feel like relationships in Europe genuinely just move so fast. I was friends with my boyfriend for a long time and even before we moved in together, I waited a long time to get to know him. Because I think sometimes you get to know the fake person or the best version of themselves for about a year or two years and then you get to know the real person after that.

    Dating apps are a scam. Back in the day they didn't use to be so money hungry. Also everytime someone says to me they successful met on an app, I don't know how they do it. I personally use meetup to meet people more so to do fun activities with strangers like game night or bar trivia. I always end up meeting a man of some sort. I don't go to meetup events in my area to meet men so it eases the pressure. If I do great, If I don't great. Now, I'm still single but maybe one of these days 😅

      It shocked me to see subsciption plans on there tbh, I thought they were running adds to generate revenue or something but it seems like you gotta pay at to get good profiles, on Hinge at least. Keep at it, who knows who you’ll meet next? Not necessarily a love interest but a friend or work opportunity xx

    "A Mans Perespective"
    She looked mad and she didnt wanna hear any of that like most women nowadays
    Women are sometimes their own worst enemies, its starts and ends with their attitude.

    • @rebeccae4861
      @rebeccae4861 Месяц назад +12

      I think you are placing your issues with women on this creator and video just because you are mad at women broadly. She was open minded enough to even put the man’s perspective and she was speaking to a friend. Yet you are characterizing her as mad… Based on what? She put it in the video and gave it attention. Then you go on to say women need to fix their attitude. At what point did she have an attitude in that part of the video? Why not use the comments as an opportunity to say something positive about men and your perspective rather than just criticize her based on nothing (it seems that you are upset about her facial expressions during a playful convo with a friend)?
