I thought it was Jellal' and when I know I finally came to a conclusion: his name is really Gerard, Jellal came from the pronunciation of Jeraru and if you want proof go ahead to Google Translation and translate Gerard from Romanian/English to Japanese, hope it help.

@MrKillerhans you can watch it any anime site, and the name is fairy tail you should read the manga and watch its just great, i really love it idc if ppl say it rips off of one piece cuz it doesnt some characters might act similar but you find that in alot of manga and anime plus most of the characters are based off of hiro's other manga rave master
