Great to see this. Liverpool of my childhood and the Spinners were as much background music as the Beatles then.
So lovely to remember this wonderful group. Thank you for the marvellous memories
Wow! What a gem this piece footage really is! Been a fan of the Spinners since I was a kid. Never seen this before. Thanks for sharing this. Love and peace.
This music is so joyful.
Brilliant videoThanks so much 💙💙
Great stuff, great memories, my old school teacher Mick was very strict but fun. They where the best of times back then.
This is why the US Group The Spinners had to call themselves The Detroit Spinners for a very long time to avoid confusion.
Producer Brian Trueman, Director Barry Clayton - Wow, that's a large chunk of the vocal sound from "Count Duckula" right there!
Wonderful!
Love it!
This is great. Anymore?
Brilliant stuff. Come on BBC, you should have loads of footage ..........
Except that the Barbarian Broadcasting Corporation have wiped them, so thank David Attenborough for that.
Boaty mcwoke face obliterating anything wonderful and wholesome.
16 February 1969 but probably filmed in 1968
Excellent - so good to find some of the old footage! If anyone has any more...
1968
