That was super helpful. I was messing around with this thing for four tests and didn’t realize you had to test it on the edge of the strip. I was also screwing up how to use the lancet. The way you showed was way less painful.

Thank you so much for the tutorial video it helped me allot how to set and use. I'm a caregiver to a 90 years old disabled woman, she had 3 times stroke made her left body part paralyzed and also with fractured left arm. She was diagnosed with diabetes. Her first sugar test kit or device wasn't working now so her son living in the US sent her new sugar test kit it is verio reflect and l watch your tutorial first before l operate it. Your video is useful for those first timer to use verio reflect.❤

I am a bit intimidated about the process but I really appreciate you explaining how to use the lancets. I had a box of lancets and couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do with them. The pharmacist didn't really show me how to use them so thanks for your instruction.

thank you. This is very helpful. My issue is when I poke my finger, I get no blood. Like zero blood. I was advised to warm hands up before testing. I do that, nothing seems to work.
I squeeze each finger - full length, as if I’m massaging and milking a cow- it heats up and moves that blood to the finger tip, even my ‘dry’ index finger. 😊
Do I need to buy the calibration fluid and calibrate it before first use or, Is it safe to assume that the machine has been calibrated at the factory
is there a way to tell is the test was false? A recent doctors visit stated wife has gestational diabetes, but the test kit is showing otherwise numbers ranging from low of 67mg/dl (fasting) to 98mg/dl (after a meal) something just isn't adding up it seems what are your thoughts?
My One Touch said I need to buy level 3 control solution. What do I do with it?

Ones I bought my kit I realized that I need to buy the strips separately and the solution. I see there are like three different Verio Touch products I bought the wrong stripes Instead of buy Reflect I bought Ultra, and I don’t know for what is the solution. Any help 😅?

Typically, people test when fasted (first thing in the morning) and 2 hours after eating.

Hi thanks for the video, I have a question. My meter when I test my blood is showing my blood sugar at 10.5 as opposed to 111. How do I change the setting to show 111 instead of 10.5? I’m not sure what the difference is. I’m newly diagnosed with diabetes and I am very overwhelmed.

That is not an option as this machine is only intended to use used by one person.
How do you delete a reading or reset to factory settings so results are gone ?
This meter does not allow you to delete the memory.
I already saved my results under before meal but I wanted after meal
Unfortunately, once the results are saved you cannot change the meal tag.
I have a slightly different test strip~I'm applying the blood but I'm not getting results.
It may be the test strips, this meter will only work with the Onetouch Verio test strips.
I bought the strips but to doesn’t say reflex, it must be specifically “reflect?”
What about if the reading is 5.6, or 7.2

How high does it test?
The meter has a results range of 20 - 600 mg/dL.

I tested for 5 times its shows error 2 or error 5
Error 2 indicates a used test strip and error 5 is a test strip problem
It sounds like your test strips may be bad.
Why is it so damn BIG
You didn't explain how to use the buttons and change reading from "before" to "after"
Complete garbage takes me 20 test strips to get a reading
