ursa wins easy if you time the ulti right. perhaps actually getting use out of it instead of popping it without enough hp to get use from the dmg reduction.

Ursa would normally pre cast and have overpower off cooldown before going in, two sets of overpower with his ulti would have easily killed bristle even if bristle was also spamming quills. Ursa played correctly is a 1v1 machine.
