I'm wondering the same I'm 18 I've rode my entire life but on an early 2000s trials bike and a 1987 honda reflex (dual sport geared even lower for hillclimbs and trail riding) they are my grandpa's bike I want something with a lot more power and capabilities but I'm trying to get something somewhat affordable. I want something to ride trails and casually around small dirt roads
@@dylanbaldwin7934 any two stroke past 85 will be good, and with some cash to spare even 4 strokes can be made into capable trail machines. I've rode the trails with bikes that spans from 85 (RM 85) all the way up to 700 (KTM 690) and while powerful bike does sound nice, you wnt get that much speed in twisty trails. but if you're still lookin for bike; beta, gasgaas, ktm have fantastic trail oriented two strokes, and honda 250F is real goat when it comes to trails. i'd steer clear from full MX bikes and 450s though.
ktm 300 exc nice bike!
Is it a good bike? Worth buying in 2021?
