Hi Matthew, Thanks for your informative videos. I have one question. Why do you sprinkle dry flour on the uncooked roti when you are oiling them? This is new to me. Thx
Thank you for watching. Once you spread the oil you sprinkle some dry flour then you roll it up.
Hi I was told that the reason you sprinkle the dry flour when oiling the roti is that is the process that creates the layers in the roti. That is visible when you clapp the roti.

Hi! Mathew where can i get the cream soda flavoring from to buy. I was searching all over to no avail. I use purchase it from baccus drug store they are getting any more.
Cream soda or flavoring? I didn’t know they sold an extract. If you’re looking for cream soda it can be bought at any West Indian stores
Aye bai, Golden Cream is NOT butter, it's hydrogenated oil which is very caustic to human health. Use real BUTTER which is delicious and healthier
