Is not the problem when You depart, if You are following the same SID as Ryanair, You are blocking that route and Ryanair can not be cleared for take-off untill You cross certain lvl. If Your max rate of climb is, lets say, 1000 ft/min, its at least 5-8 min before Ryanair can get clearence for take-off. And thats a lot for a 15 min slot window. And from my experience with Ryanair, the shortest time from requesting start-up until he was airborn is 5 min, including taxiing around 1km, believe it or not :)
