I love the pomodoro method and I love study-with-me videos but no one ever does them like THIS! (Also I loved your dance party and played Good For You right alongside you.)
A great concept that I will probably try out this next week with work. I work from home and either work all day with no break or get distracted and do housework 😬😬
@@rachdoesyoutube set a timer for hour breaks and it worked a lot better, I knew I could get up and do what I wanted at that time so wasn't as distracted whilst working ☺️

Please, please do! :D I love the feeling I'm working alongside someone, without the actual pressure of having someone physically or virtually 'live' with me! I LOVE having you narrate the breaks too! I've attempted to use some other YT Pomodoro's before with ambience and music, but my brain just doesn't pick up on the breaks and music changes consistently enough so I just miss them and work through. I only discovered this video about a week ago, but have used it almost daily since - it's almost on a constant loop while I work! Having a variety of session options would be super awesome too if you do more videos like this! :) e.g. 2hrs @ 30 focus + 10 break 2hrs @ 45 focus + 15 break Or any others you can think of that would be cool! (Honestly, I actually just have this on and work through the 2 hours most of the time too!) I discovered your channel in January around the same time I seriously started trying to find a psychiatrist to get an ADHD assessment done - I saw your meds video, and was like "Wow, I want to know what easy feels like too, because I didn't know there was a difference!" Currrently on a waiting list for assessment in Mar 24, so we'll see. I don't use YT a lot, so I only 're-disovered' your channel about 2 weeks ago, but I've now subscribed and finished watching all your videos... So I can't wait for everything you have planned in the future! ♥ :)

I know this is an old video at this stage - but do you have any resources for those 5min tasks you randomly pulled during your breaks? Have you a video with the tasks you included or do you recommend anywhere to go to find inspiration???
